Tonight was my first attempt at using the Wilton Giant Cupcake Pan (actually, the second, but the real first attempt doesn't count). The entire reason I purchased this pan is because I'm determined to make M's birthday cake this year. When I think back of how much money I've spent on past birthday cakes (upwards of $400.00), it makes me ill. While I don't think the final product is awful, I know I have a lot of practicing to do in the next 2 months. I'll keep posting pictures to track my progress.
